NV Hardpage Problem

Apologies for posting in here but the Hardpage forum has little traffic.

I d/l the NV Hardpage file and unzipped into a temp folder.

When I double click on the executable nv hardpage icon I get the following message

"a required .dll file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found"

I've done a fresh windows install to no avail. I was able to use this gem of a utility before - what am I doing wrong?

Win 98SE, Gf4600ti, det 29.42.

(I've tried lots of other dets too).

do a google search for the exact dll, there are webpages that have certain dlls for download
