I just installed, DX8 is broken in w7x64, anything DX8 will not startup, the task is just sitting there in taskman, but the screen never pops up...
So far I've tried max payne 1&2 and 3dm2001, all dx8 game/benchies, all act the same, just sitting there in taskman. I'm not the only one with this problem, in the steam max1&2 forums several other users reported the same, and I'll bet you other retro fora will also be filled with reports about this... Back to .34, this one is unusable for me since I have to have dx8 working... |

Hopefully these fix the down clocking on my 2nd GPU and the ***** stuttering issues in Crysis, Crysis Warhead and Wars. these games have been stuttering and flickering in my new SLI setup.I have to revert back to the 191.07 for crysis to play smooth and the second GPU downclocking issue to stop. Come on Nvidia release Fermi already and fix your drivers. Also throw in a Fallout 3 stutter fix for the next release some of us still want to play it before Vegas comes out.
