i dunno wth to do anymore if been calling my isp everytime.

also contacting blizzard tech support.
all they are ignorant point me back forward pointing fingers.

also pathpinging anything i always have packet loss on 1e hop.

if i pathping to this forum if got 1% packet loss on last hop.

seriously getting so tired off this thinking i'm just going cancel my wow acount as they dont seem to care.

Could you correctly format that pathping? It's very difficult to discern whats going on :/

[Edit]

Any that read as 100% packetloss are because they are back-bone servers that deny ping-requests to prevent DDoS - 1% is not enough packetloss to cause game-issues.

What is the problem you are having?

I'm still unsure of what problem you are currently facing.

A 100% packetloss reading on any of those hops will not adversely effect your internet, it is due to it being a non-pingable backbone server.

1% of packetloss is only to this forum, what is the packetloss on blizzards server?

Also, I still need more information on the problem you are facing - is it disconnects from game?

well at raid hours.

having masive delay's with instant cast spells due lag.
2 3 sec delay then no delay etc so on.
and contineu's like all evening.

to translate for non wow gamers.

imagine playing tf2 you shoot but it takes 6 sec to fire then 3 sec sometimes their no delay.

the 1% packet loss is on www.guru3d.com
it does't keep me awake tough.

Raid hours also known as peak hours - I imagine you're probably on a congested internet exchange.

When you are next raiding, open a CMD prompt:

ping -t www.google.nl

Allow it to run in the background while you play, this will show the average latency on your connection during peak-hours. If this is high, the fault lies with your ISP, if it is low then the fault lies with WoW.

Hope this helps.

[Edit]

Let it run for 20 - 30 minutes when you experience the problem, then stop it with Control + C: It will display ping-statistics.

You should try this, nifty script. Lowered my latency by 50-75 on WoW. And though Blizzard does have some issues sometimes with their servers, their tech will find and fix it and post any issues on the forums and frontpage of the login screen. Also if other guildies of yours are having the same issue than it would be Blizzard at fault. So i believe it could very well be your ISP/internet or your computer itself. I myself on a high populated server haven't had any lag issues during raid hours. How long has the issue been going on?

Only issues concerning lag spikes which I noticed in wow are server script dependent on certain fights.

The nagle hack fixes latency by up to 50% for most tcp using mmorpg's.
Have yet to hear from players I know that it didn't reduce their latency.

What is your in-game ping alike?
