open up the back panel, take off the heatsink, remove the CPU, put the new CPU in, put the heatsink back on with new thermal compound, put the back panel back on.

is that the cpu near the ram ?? and do i need to just lift up on that or have to take the heatsink completely out ??
someone had told me before that have to remove the entire cooling that is on the cpu and gpu cause it is all connected in 1 big piece ?

nope, laptops are easy once you take one apart. you just have to take it slow the first time. since you dont even have to take the motherboard out to replace the CPU on this laptop, it should be easy.
my M5550 has a similar back panel design with a heatsink that can be pulled out, the CPU and GPU are very accessible.
also never pull on anything hard until you are completely sure you got all the screws out. you can brake alot of stuff this way...
