Nvidia chipset entries -

Is there any reason that Nvidia chipset entries would be coming up, on an X58 mobo? I had a Nvidia card that I replaced with an ATI card two months ago, so obviously I cleaned out everything Nvidia, but other than that, that is the only Nvidia drivers I installed.
Would it have anything to do with the Intel chipset software? |
