Way to respond! I take it you frequent 4ch on the regular?
Anyway... what sort of RAM do you currently have? The speed and type of RAM will help decide what sort of board and CPU you can get for your budget.

Well, $300 isn't going to get you a triple channel X58 setup, it won't even get you a dual channel i5 setup.
What you are going to need is something along these lines:
-4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
-Intel P55 based motherboard
-Core i5 or i7 8xx depending on how much you want to spend
OR, albeit it is a little older
-2GB DDR2 800MHz+
-P45 based motherboard
-Q9xxx CPU
OR, you could get a Phenom II setup. I don't know a great deal about AMDs, so I'll leave it to to someone else.

^ looks good, I prefer gigabyte but that's a nice looking board, decent features too.
EDIT: considering the price it would have the N200 chip giving it another x16 PCI-E lanes right? BTW the one I listed should have USB3.0 and SATA3.0

A P55A-UD3R would do the same thing as the FTW edition, as well as a few extra features, and cost about $50 less.
But compusa doesn't have one, they do have this:
GA-P55M-UD4 - $149.99
It's got all the same features as the FTW, as well as SATA3.0 and USB3.0.

Shipping damage is going to result in physical damage, so you would be able to notice it upon arrival. If you are worried, get shipping insurance.
BTW, most use couriers, not the postage system. So it will be delivered by hand.

Yep, same thing pretty much, newer USB and SATA.
Are you really ever going to tri-fire?? It costs a mint as well as the power requirements.

The scaling for three gpu's is pretty poor be it Nvidia or ATI. And depending on the P55 motherboard you get, a third gpu could be pointless if the PCIe lane is only 4x.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...ling,2517.html
A quality brand 850 watt would be plenty for two higher end gpu's.
Make sure to read reviews by various websites before jumping into a purchase that you may regret. The customer reviews from etailers should not be taken too seriously.

if ur planning on going with 3 GPUs I suggest X58, but as pointed out above trifire/tri-SLI doesn't scale all that well

Mega Death so what do you suggest I should just put 2 in corssfireX, because I really like that asus espiecially, that remote controller for overclocking looks raw and whole bunch of features.
now u got me thinking bout GA-P55M-UD4 because its queite a bit difference in price. and I still be able to pug 2 video cards in GA-P55M-UD4

What's your final budget going to be, it sounds like it's going to be very expensive like about the $2000 range especially since you're fitting 3 Radeon HD 5870 which is about $1200 right there.
Also, I don't think P55 boards support more than 2 PCI Express x16 lanes, so you can't have more than 2 GPUs at the same time... You need an X58 board for that.
