Default Anywhere to get ultra cheap pc components? in the (UK) - 11-28-2009, 07:56 | posts: 3 | User is Offline

Hello my friends brother claimed he could make this spec computer for 200 pounds.

AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 250 3.00GHz
Gigabyte GA-M52L-S3P nForce 520LE (Socket AM3/AM2+) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
4GB RAM
500GB hardrive
512MB graphics card (Nvidia)
LG GH22NP20 22x DVD±RW IDE ReWriter
Water cooling
850W PSU
Case
Key Board
Mouse
Monitor

Is their any websites or places were i can get ultra cheap components in the uk is possible without needing any kind of bulk orders? Because i dont want to spend loads of computer parts if i can get them that cheap.

Thanks alot!

you might want to go ati there, since they have really cheap budget cards, and why a 850 watts PSU for that rig? a decent 500/600 watts more then enough.

Well usually 2nd hand parts are ok its not like your buying a car or something most parts keep good for years.

www.overclockers.co.uk - used previously recommended
www.tekheads.co.uk - used previously recommended
www.yoyotech.co.uk - recommended by a friend
www.kustompcs.co.uk - used previously recommended
www.thecoolingshop.com - used previously recommended (good for cooling items, and postage starts at like £1)

remember places like scan, aria and overclockers do daily and weekly deals. Always worth keeping an eye out for them!
