Well this new computer is a ZT affinity, 1tb hard drive 8 gb ram 2.80ghz amd phenom II x4 processor. But then, I looked at the Radeon HD 3100.....now im wondering, is there a graphics card (ddr 2) that I can put in for under $100, but has a bit more graphics capability? It needs to run The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on atleast High Quality.

But does it matter for the DDR3? The computer I am going to get says it has DDR2 SDRAM. What is the difference?

Yeah DDR2 thats the memory for the system.

The memory on card is DDR3 but it is only used for games and has another to do with the other memory in the system.

Simply it will work.
