Default ATI 4870 - Dragon Age Cinematics Stutter - 11-24-2009, 12:55 | posts: 42 | Location: Maine, USA | User is Offline

Hi,

I recently bought Dragon Age and I am noticing some stutter in the playback on the cinematic movies. The gameplay runs great on max settings in 1920x1080.

Anyone else experiencing this?

no not here, runs perfect for me. 1920*1080 max settings. The only time I saw any stutter was when steam was downloading a update, it was in a big battle and it was still very playable. That was on 9.10, I updated to 9.11 last night and played for about 5 minutese but no stutter. It was 3 am so I needed to go to bed. I'll play more tonight and let you know if I have any problems with 9.11.

It is a sweet game though.

Well, I didn't realize 9-11 drivers were out. After updating the drivers and having steam install an update, it seems to be running like it should.

Thanks
