Ok, I require a proxy to connect to the internet, this is true for browsers and games and programs.

At the minute I have entered the proxy settings in IE8 and that works for the majority of things that follow IE`s proxy rules, BUT...

For things that do not, I am forced to use a program called "Proxifier", this is fine, but annoying, as when it is running, things like WLmail and WLmessenger will not connect.

I am looking for a way, to tell the system to redirect EVERYTHING through the proxy, something such as modding the HOSTS file, or a REGISTRY entry.

I have tried numourous entries in the registry such as:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet Settings > ProxyServer

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet Settings\Connections

But none seem to do anything and I have no internet unless I set the proxy back up in IE or use "Proxifier"

I would appreciate a networking God to help me make a "System Wide" rule to use the proxy under Windows 7 x64

Thanks!!

Not sure if it supports Windows 7 or not, but have you looked at "FreeCap" ?
