So this is slower than the Falcon 1, I'm assuming it must be cheaper too?

The original Falcon has read/write of 230MB/190MB and this new one is 220MB/150MB. I'm guessing this will be cheaper than the older model then?

id assume the read/writes would be more constant vs the max of the first generation drive. i guess we'll have to wait for a proper review to find out.

I'd be fine with SSDs being half the speed for half the price, I'm sure a lot of people would, just as long as they keep their access times.

^ well there will be some lower class ssd's coming to the market or already here that are like this..however id want atleast 200mb/s reads and around 100mb/s writes when i go to purchase one..i do hope prices start to come down though cause its hard to spend 300 bucks on 60-80gbs
