So the benchmarks you're getting are better than the performance in Crysis? Is it the same with other apps?

2 things...
1. your cpu is at 2.66 even though its a quad, you need to overclock.
2. exact brand and model of your power supply, take note of the amps on the 12volt rail and report back

Okay ,, that can be done as thermaltake coolers are good enough but wont i need more power to OC?

Curiosity question: Did you happen to have an nVidia card before the new 4890?

If so, that's the problem...you need to use DriverSweeper or DriverCleaner (I prefer DriverCleaner myself, but that's personal opinion) to remove all traces of nVidia drivers, then reinstall your chipset drivers *only* (nothing but the chipset drivers for your motherboard), then the ATI drivers after that.

With all things being equal, there's no way that your CPU is bottlenecking the 4890 to that extent. It always helps to overclock, but I think you've got a different issue altogether.
