Using a Windows XP theme in Windows 7?

I have a Windows XP theme that I downloaded and then edited and I've become really attached to it. I am dual booting Windows 7 to see how it is but one thing I do not like is the Windows 7 theme. Is there anyway to port a Windows XP theme to Windows 7?
