GTA 4 shadows problem

i don't have the game installed so you have to believe me
i played the game on medium settings very fine on my rig. the only problem and the worst of all where the shadows. on every building or car, it was like triangles.
The buildings had stripes and the cars had black triangles. the same thing on low settings.
here is someone else with the same problem

The game it's like that
At max settings, gets a bit better, but not much,

The game donesn't have AA either, so. ...............

I switched them off. After 5mins you get used to it and you get smooth gameplay without any flickering. Sometimes less is more.

New 1.0.5.0 patch is out thats supposed to have done something with the shadows.

jebus why dont people actually look at GTAIV PC screenshots and verify that its the norm( or use the search ), this is the 3rd or 4th thread like this in the past few months
