Default opitical in for PS3` - 10-26-2009, 02:20 | posts: 18

i am trying to hook up PS3 audio via optical out to optical in my Sound Blaster XFi Titanium. How do I make it work? I don't see any decoder tabs. However, I have Windows 7 home premium x64.

Any ideas? Thanks!

You'll get 2.0 PCM without any issue, but to my knowledge, the Titanium lacks a decoder for DD/DTS 5.1 streams.

Also, DDL/DTS-C are ENCODING methods, so unless you want to stream 5.1 over optical, you just wasted some cash...
