http://listen.grooveshark.com/ has that beat not only in interface (once you get used to it), but in quality of stream and in selection.

Grooveshark isn't like Pandora where you choose something you like and it plays similar songs from similar genres/artists, with Grooveshark, you can set up your own playlists from any song in their library (which is vastly extensive) and play them in any order, any time you want - AND, if you click on the little 'info' marker on each song/album, you can see other artists and songs that sound like what you're listening to...it's like Pandora on steroids!!

Dilandau is cool because you can download the material, which you can't do with Grooveshark or Pandora, but I question the legality of Dilandau because a simple search for Metallica should *not* come up with anything because of buddy Lars and his complete undoing of sharing their music...
