I think I might have a problem with my memory, when I use 2gb it works okay, but when I want to dual channel 4gb it seems to get some problems. dno why.. Not sure that it's the main problem, but it seems to be solved when I remove 1 stick.

Check your motherboard's manual to see if your sticks of RAM are supported. Else, try getting new sticks of RAM. If that doesn't help, then there could be an issue with your motherboard's memory controller since I see that you have the C2 series which still has the memory controller on the motherboard as opposed to the AMD K8/K10 & Intel Nehalem approach of having it on the CPU.

I've already tested another pair of sticks, also another memory slot, different motherboard, only seems to be "solved" when I remove 1x 2gb stick, or at least for now. I tried to put the other one in again, and when I woke up and turned on the monitor a bsod was showing, anyways I also ran a memtest earlier and didn't get any errors with dual, also ran on each stick, no errors.. And i'm pretty sure my motherboard is supporting it.

At least a 64 bit OS will be able to use the whole 4 GB of ram without deducting the VRAM.

The Gigabyte P45 boards often need an MCH voltage boost to run 2x2G memory. Try the 1.2-1.26V range.

Which BIOS version are you running on? F6 and F7 supposedly fix memory compatibility issues, but you might want to try the latest BIOS if you don't already have it.
ETA: If you do want to flash your BIOS, make sure you're only using one stick of RAM so that you don't have problems during the process.

Please check your motherboard, does it support 4 gigs of memory???
Some inexpensive computers max out at 2 gig's.
If and I mean, IF that is the case and money a side......
Get two one gig sticks, one in each ram slot.
If you list the motherboard brand and model number
or
If you list the brand, model number of a prebuilt computer, I can help check this for you.
BTW, have you tried removing the working 2 gig stick and replacing it with the other 2 gig stick in the same slot???
Have you tried placing the good stick in the second ram slot (maybe bad ram slot)???

Sorry for leaving you hanging after my MCH voltage increase suggestion. Yes, the MCH core is what I meant. Also make sure the DRAM voltage is set per the modules' specifications. The mobo default of 1.8V may be too low for your modules. I believe your Dominators need 2.1V.

1.4V is okay for Labyrinth with the P35 chipset, but a bit high for your P45 chipset. The stock NB voltage for the P35 is 1.25V whereas it is 1.1V for the P45. I personally recommend no higher than 1.3V for the P45.
From what you have posted so far, my understanding is the machine runs fine with one stick of memory. If you haven't already, test to see if this holds true with either stick in all 4 memory slots to fully test the potential bad stick/bad slot. I recommend a minimum a 2hr memtest run for each config.

I haven't bothered to test if there's a bad slot etc, can I do it with just 1 stick? I only got one stick in my comp atm, and the other stick in another comp and haven't gotten any bsod, the problem only occured when I was using them together. Anyways, I was thinking about maybe clocking my comp to 4ghz and run the sticks at 910, is that fine or should I just put em to 800 instead of 1066?
