I want to keep in mind what my next upgrades will be and what I should start saving some money towards. I really want to get good frames in games such as APB, SWTOR, L4D:2, and Borderlands (Just examples, obviously new games im trying to say). Im not to much of a large resolution player, I keep it at 1024x1280 however I always turn and boost everything up to max. I do not know how to overclock etc so yeah.

cpu upgrade will go nicely at that resolution, if u r board can take AM3 chips, a Phenom II 720 or something otherwise maybe consider a CPU and board change

alternatively you could buy a bigger res monitor

Yeah a new CPU would be good.

Even a 7750BE would be a decent upgrade they are very cheap theses days.

I only got two games from that list, the rest I have no clue what the abbreviations are.

For me I'd recommend:
AMD Phenom II 720 ($119.00)

OR
AMD Phenom II 945 ($169.99)

GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P ($84.99)

OR
GIGABYTE GA-MA790XT-UD4P ($126.99)
