If I remember correctly the Antec 300 is a small case and the GTX275 and ATI 4890 are fairly large cards.. you may have issues fitting them into that case, just be careful.

It should still fit fine, just he may need to watch where he installs the hard drive. It should work out fine though, grats on the new build. What kind of temps and performance are you getting with it? My friend will be doing almost that exact same setup, just with a 4850 and the Gigabyte 770 board.

HD4890 is like an inch smaller than the GTX275 but they will both fit.

temps look fine in the mid 30's on cpu @idle, im not using it yet so havent got everything installed, just a quick 2hrs of testing, might finish of today after a spot of decorating (bloody wife changes living room colors more than her knickers LOL), or wait till i get my new card
i think any card will fit, ive tried a 8800gt which fit easy and ive made sure my hd isnt in the way

Thats really nice, those Artic Cooling units do a really good job for the money. The GTX260 should be a welcome upgrade over the 8800GT, until you decide which of the new cards to get when they launch.

If your motherboard has it, look for ACC, Advanced Clock Calibration I believe it is called. That should be what you want to look for. Remember, there is no guarantee that your processor can do it and if it does, it may not be stable with the fourth core.

But most get the fourth core unlocked safely. Sometimes it is defective which causes carshes...So, give it a try.

Try upping both the cpu voltage and the cpu NB Vid to +0.100 and see what it does.
