Default LG W2452V... A good buy? - 07-20-2009, 15:15 | posts: 32 | Location: Australia

Hi all,

i have been looking for a new monitor over the last couple of weeks and i think i have found one that i like, problem is, i havnt been able to find many reviews on it. I did find 3, and they all got perfect scores and were all from different websites, which makes me think that they might be promos, so i am a little sceptical.

Anyway the specs are:

General Device: 24" TFT LCD Screen
Brightness: 400cd/m2
Contrast Ratio: 10000:1
Viewing Angle: (Horizontal/Vertial) 160/160
Response Time: 2ms
Resolution: 1920X1200
Supported Colours: 16.7M Colours
Pixel Pitch: 0.282(H) × 0.282(V) mm
Horizontal Frequency: 30 ~ 83 KHz
Vertical Frequency: 56 ~ 75 Hz
Input Signal: VGA / DVI / HDMI
Power Type: LIPS (LCD Integrated Power Supply)
Normal Power Consumption: Less than 80W
Suspend/Standby: Less than 1W
Power off mode: Less than 1W
Warranty: 3 Years Warranty
Weight: 6.1 Kg Set
Stand: Tilit, Swivel
Warranty: 3 Year Standard, perfect pixel warranty, 0 dead pixel

I am pretty sure it will be satisfactory, and its a good price, I would just like some input from experts

Thanks Heaps

I don`t own one, but LG have a good reputation for their monitors, and from the specs given, that looks like quite a decent monitor!!

+1 to LG
