NVSTAP driver window doesn't appear (9500GT) -

I installed Rivatuner 2.24 on Vista Ultimate x86 and when I go to the Low level system tweaks, I only get the Fan window, the Nvdtrap driver window is not present. Any sugestions as to what this may be? Using Forceware 178.13 drivers for geforce.
