I want to see how far other people have pushed their GTX 295, and what seems to produce less heat and run well, i just put my new machine together and am quite happy thus far.

it isn't a volt-mod and it doesn't void the warranty, it's through software and you simply slide a bar.

680/1466/1200-seems to run best so far at stock voltage. I've had it to 720/1552/1275 but my 3D vantage actually ran close to the same numbers. I've got some system tweaks to do before I'll go that high since there's no gain......yet.

Same clocks here, but a little bit more voltage is needed, 1125vmV.

Without overvolt: 660/1450/1100 (unlinked)

700/1509/1200 with stock voltage. I only run this for benching, but it's stable and doesn't overheat. When gaming, I only OC to 633/1364/1100

i usually run 710/1440/1250

core/shader/mem

The cards hits about 82c max with these settings when stressed synthetically.

However, i find that the higher the memory clock, the higher pitch the squeal of my card, so i usually run it at 690/1440/1200.

I run a thermaltake armor (side fan off) with top taken off because it was as ugly as hell, lol.

http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dmv=728330

not gonna mess with voltages until i get it water cooled (gonna need new case for that though.)

But memory gives us the best gains due to the somewhat of a memory bottleneck on the card; I wish we had a memory voltage tuner and I would definitely bump that.

Thats probably why they have limited the memory OC, whether its memory ratings or just the low volts remains to be seen

I hate to say it, but mine didn't either and that's the single reason that I got the 295 and sent back my 285. I got so frustrated with getting BSD's when I overclocked even a little bit.

I know sending a working card back to get a different card that is overclockable may seem impracticle, but I love the challenge of the overclocking scene!
