The 7750 runs without problems on BIOS 2101. It is recognized in the BIOS and almost all settings are correctly defaulted. Only the voltage is set too high (1.36V). I have set it manually to 1.225V (real 1.26V). Core temp shows only one temperature 23C and everest shows CPU: 48C and cores: 21C-21C (all idle temperatures)
Also the link to my thread on the Asus forum with my correspondence with ASUS support.

So have you already gotten your 7750 and tested it? Let us know when you have!
See, I can't find anywhere what the "official" stock voltage should be, so I'm running it at 1.280V... It auto'd to 1.36, which sent me up to like 70c! D:
Now it's sitting at 50.
The problem is, when I set the multi to 14.5x and I got a BSOD...
So I'm just getting... confused. D:

So my guess is you got it to work! Gratz. Now it's just a matter of finetuning it . Can you take some screenshots of CPU-Z and so on?

On the AMD website I found this information about the 7750. It states the voltage should be kept somewhere between 1.05-1.325V and the max temperature is: 73C!

The "default" 1.36V setting is kind of a problem. One definitely has to change that right away in order not to fry the CPU! Thanks for confirming that.

The temperature may be a problem you should definately keep an eye on that. I guess the 50C is at the lower 1.28V voltage setting? and the 70C at the "defaulted" 1.36V setting? Are these stressed or idle temperatures? What kind of cooler do you have installed? Stock cooler or something else? And how is the airflow in your case?

These voltages are those the voltages you set in the BIOS or the actual readings of everest, CPU-Z and other programs? Ususlly the real voltage is somewhat higher than the voltage you set in the BIOS.

What is your FSB frequency at the 14.5 multiplier?

How much RAM have you installed (and how many RAM modules)

1.36 was hitting 70c according to the BIOS.
At 1.28v it was at 45c.

I just want it to hit 3.0Ghz! Stable.
OCZ Fatal1ty 4GB kit.

Hi Wheelman,

I was just thinking maybe the 4 RAM sticks were causing the trouble.

You could try booting with just one stick of RAM inserted. See if that helps. Seems sometimes the problems disappear. Don't know if thats the case this time but it cant hurt to try.

Also Since there is no BIOS that officially supports this CPU I would go about getting this CPU to work as if I was overclocking the CPU. But Keep a very close eye on the voltages and temperatures. This way you can get a lot of information on running your specific CPU in your specific mainboard. Maybe you can find out why the BSOD's occur when setting the multi to 14.5.

You can also ask around on other fora, like this one: m2n32 club on www.overclock.net. They have a lot of information on running all kinds of CPU's in your motherboard.

Checking the thread listed above, M2N32-SLI club, looks like people have been running the Phenom II's on the board...

There's only 2 sticks, and it didn't make a difference.
I'm fine right now, everything is nice and fast, no bsod's yet.
Still, I'm only soaking 2.8Ghz out of it...

I think you need to treat is as a normal OC.

Follow the OC guide. I found that this guide was very helpful.
