Yeah, I second that! Must be some happy GX2 owners out there!
Would love to have seen 8800gtx sli scores (-10fps off gx2 score perhaps?). Price is so low right now for another gtx it's ridiculous!

Hmm, game's awesome guys. Runs really smooth, I managed to run it on Extra and High settings, without anti aliasing, 1440x900 resolution, and got around 60 FPS constant. So, nothing to complain about, considering I'm still with an 8600GTS.
As for the single player campaign, it's a little short in my opinion, but loadsa fun. And the multiplayer is okay, basically it's just like playing CoD4 with different weapons and different time.
Only thing I didn't like was the sounds... The weapons sound so weird, it's like they're toy guns.

GTA 5 is a long way off. And you know it is going to be released on the PS4 and XBOX720 first.

So? Its still a VGA test where to test fairly you have to remove all bottlenecks.
Maybe you should consider that.

hmm i think its to early for people to be using i7's to review i think that reviews still need to be done on the most comon gaming setups and not the higest and newest kit that only a few have

The new benchmarking rig has to provide a level playing field for all components tested on it, with x58 you can test SLI and Crossfire without other factors skewing the results. On top of that, the VGA Charts can only be updated when new GPUs are reviewed, therefore the test setup has to last a long time so as to cover all these upcoming releases without being a limiting factor. Core 2 is already a limiting factor when it comes to multi-gpu setups.
Because of this, it makes most sense to build the highest-end rig possible, as early as possible.
