I have Geforce 280 as my main card and I'd like to use my old 9600GT as for physx. I know you need to do some stupid crap with a 2nd monitor to get the second card recognized. My question is after I have extended the desktop and with 9600GT do I have to keep it extended in order for physx to work or can I set my PC back to single monitor display?

hey i know you posted this a while ago but with the new drivers you dont need to **** around with the second monitor stuff, it just lies to the computer automatically and says there's a second monitor connected, apparently it's a microsoft problem and not nvidia
