I've been using this:
Quote:
PWM mode = 2
PWM hysteresis = 0
PWM ramp on = 1
PWM ramp = 1
Duty cycle min = 0
T min = 0
T slope = 16
T hysteresis = 0
|
Change only T slope to 7, which gave me an idle temp at around 60 celsius, at about 26% duty cycle. But after rivatuner 2.11 something seems to have changed. Because i used the calculation in that thread
Quote:
|
Duty cycle = Duty cycle min + (T – T min) * T slope / 16
|
To find out what the duty cycle will be at a certain temp. And as i said in that thread
Quote:
Take 58 temp for an example.
0 + (58 - 0) * 7 / 16 = should be 25,375 Duty Cycle %. But the hardware monitor show my duty cycle as 28% instead, so am i just thinking wrong or what? Rivatuner 2.10 matched the calculation. But something seem to have changed in 2.11.
|
So what can i do to get back to my "perfect" setting? Am looking at an idle temp around 60, which increase as things get hotter.
Edit: And @Unwinder you said:

This parameter defines amount of possible DC gradations and with DC 100% set to 128 PWM ticks you physically cannot adjust DC in preceise 1% steps.
|
What settings do i need to set, to be able to adjust 1% steps?
