I am using the Corsair HX 620W, works awesome and it's modular. You'll notice how nice the build quality is when you open up the box.

In my view the Radeon HD 4870 series requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit at minimum if you use it in a high-end system, and I think that's barely on the safe side. Also recommended is 32 AMP's on the 12 volts rails for stable power distribution (in a single card configuration). Please make note of the fact that the card uses two 6-pin power connectors.
That's from Hilbert in the Asus 4870 review.

I bought it from ZipZoomFly.com here in the States, but it was on sale when I got it. I paid about $100 USD.
I would also suggest any power supply of recommended wattage if it's made by Corsair, Enermax, Antec, PC Power and Cooling or Seasonic.
My brother got a power supply unit with his case, which is made by Compucase, and is actually really good considering he got the PSU and the case for $70. So I would go so far as to recommend Compucase aswell.
Here's a quick list of PSU's for about $100 that would work fine.
