I had Catalyst 8.7 installed and ati tool .27 beta4 and (This is just with one of my benchmarking programs, but they are al doing it) I had a framerate of 132fps now I have uninstalled ccc & ati tool and installed ati tray tools and now my fps are 32!!!! WTF I have not messed with the advanced tweaks that they say don't mess with but have messed witgh the d3d ones but ticked the ones that tweakguides says to tick

Sorry about the stupid title I know better just frusterated and I solved it it was the OSD can you believe it I disanled osd & att shared memory and I got my fps back

OSD will steal -10 FPS, anything over 10 means something else is wrong.
