Hi guys,
I`ve switched to Mozilla Thunderbird as my email software, it`s pretty good. The only problem I have is that when I reply to an email, then it wants to start my reply AFTER the message I`m replying to, so olest messages will be on top, newer ones on bottom. Every time I reply to somebody, I need to first bring up the cursor to the top, IN FRONT of the original message. Cos I think that`s the logical way to do things. This is very annoying, especially when you keep a long thread with someone, writing to each other back and forth.

Is there a way to change this in Thunderbird, and make replies start in front of the old message by default?

I hope this is clear, if it`s not I`ll try to put up screenshots to explain what I`m talking about.

There is a way to do it.

I can't remember where it is though.
I think it's actually under the Account Settings for your account name.

I'll check when I get home, if you haven't found it beforehand.

Yeah thanks got it now, from the Mozilla forums. There is an option in Account settings under `Composition and Addressing`, just in case anyone else is looking for it. It also possible to ask Thunderbird to do this by default for every account, without changing them individually. That option is in the Config Editor.
