A game coming from such a great developer, it's really surprising to score so low!
The review does give a sense that the game is unfinished, despite the delays.
An exclusive usually means it's good. That's why it becomes exclusive

I aint sure about this, a few other magazines from around the world have given it good scores, will wait for a couple more reviews i think.

Try the demo, its on PSN.....make your own mind up.
Good points..
Co-op looks like it might be fun.
The Nectar enhancing thing looked good.
Bad points..
The graphics are just terrible.....i cant believe it's running on a PS3...after the gorgeous Drakes Fortune and R:FOM and Motorstorm, you will be shocked by these frankly poor graphics and textures, tne PS3 is capable of so so so so much more than this.......Free Radical really need a kick in the gonads for releasing that demo.

The usual from IGN, giving great games low scores, and sh**** games high scores. Its the same thing over and over. I personally like it, and wish it was on the PC where all FPS belong. If it is on the PC then woohoo! Yeah graphics were the only problem, because its the pre beta demo. Its not the finalized product they gave to the community.

4 and a half out of 10. Hmm... Judging by that video it really deserves that score. Though, that reviewer seems to hate that game and everything in it. Graphically it seems to be quite bland and lifeless.

Took down the demo, played it, laughed a bit, removed it.
And put a "Never buy" in my wishlist.

I find it strange how they complain about the nectar use in the game in the reviews. And how it adds nothing. And complain about things we knew about from day one.
I never thought much of this game from day 1. But everybody even reviewers thought it would be great. But now thats its out, its as if they knew nothing about it before they played it.
Coop makes the game too easy, its hard to find enemies even with nectar. And i hate the way you have to click the right stick in to zoom in.
Why not stick with the COD4 method.
The graphics seem ok online in coop and in single player, but the 2 player coop on the console looks terrible.
This is from the so called demo though.
Maybe the non-forest area will be better?

Personally, I don't need someone, or better yet, some "editors" and so called reporters to tell me how a game is, and if I should play it or not. IGN is one of these people that I even don't listen to even more, because they're IGN. They think their **** doesn't stink, and I don't like that personally. I go with what I've got, I try the game out. If I don't like it, okay, going back to the video store to drop it off, or deleting the demo. If I like it, I'll try to get it, or have fun with the demo.
Now on the subject of Haze, I played the demo, I didn't think it was too great, but it was alright. I want to try out like a deathmatch or something, that'd be really what would get me to buy the game is the online play besides the online coop. The nectar system, wasen't really impressed with it...

i played the demo today and i gotta say its very ummm vanilla. It adds nothing new and tbh looks like absolute ****e.
i think thats the worse thing about it, the graphics, how on earth can they justify such terrible visuals with a almost standard definition, the textures are so awful it does look like a ps2 game (no exageration) .
so its a very average shooter with ****e graphics, so i would give it a 5/10 for sure.

I am slighty dissapointed, a few sites have given it better reviews but nothing spectacular, i like the idea of the online co-op so it might be worth it for that.

Many of the online reviewers gave it bad scores. On gt4v.com they gave it a 2 out of 5. Looking at the viedo reviews from various sources, the game does indeed look like it sucks. A plain ol game with nothing new. Blacksite area 51 looks better than Haze.( Thats not a good comment.)
