Does 14,400 seem normal for an E8400 3.0GHz, 9800 GX2 Stock, 4gig DDR2 8500, Asus Rampage X48? I just built it and ran 3Dmark 06. Seemed a little low, but everything as at stock speed. Does it seem around the right score?

Thanks

With my single 9800GTX, both the card and processor at stock i get an average of about 13000.

In SLI, everything at stock, i average at 14000.

Overclocking my processor to 3.6ghz in SLI, average score 18200.

Hopefully this helps a little.

Yeah, good point. I built it so quick and rushed to the benchmarks, I forgot to see what the latest for the GX2 were. I'm using Evga's CD drivers...which are probably the launch drivers.

Thanks

I once had to used modded drivers on a laptop, which updating the drivers pretty much tripled the performance in games (I do mean 3 times)

So obviously basic drivers(cd) rarely are any good
