They are newer
175.16 = "DriverVer = 05/02/2008, 6.14.11.7516"

175.63 = "DriverVer = 04/25/2008, 6.14.11.7563"

This is nuts, I only installed the 175.63's a few hours ago...
Gonna give these a shot though

Digital Vibrance still not working on 9800gx2 Vista64!!!

And i have problems with COD4 with any 175.xx driver, anybody else having problems with COD4 and drivers stop working but it recovers itself in the middle of the game i guess it's problem with OpenGL games.
Never had this problems with 174.xx.

Every other game works perfectly better then 174.xx

Dv working on Win Xp 32 with 9800 GX2.

Performance is good in R6 vegas 2 (also fixed flashing textures) & DiRT, certainly not lost anything anyway. Thats all I tested so far.

Nah, I don't think so, the drivers are sent to Microsoft for validation. Maybe they've had delays and therefore release betas in the meantime. Hopefully this isn't the driver that'll get WHQL, gets hard to choose between when there are drivers with higher build number out. Although, I've had problems with flashing textures in Crysis with the 175.51s and 175.63s. Don't remember if I had this with the 175.12 drivers and I've not yet tested these. I'll get back on that

hmm annoying stuff that the 8800gts 512 aint supporting the same Purevideo tech as the 9800/9600 series do (even the lame 9600gso supports them....)

Same thing here. Vista x86 every 175 driver resets itself a few time when I join a new map. 174.74 works without trouble.

Ive got on an old 320mb GTS as i downgraded, just forgot to change my sig.

Im on a Sempron now, and mobo thats got onboard GF6100 gfx, seen as Nvidia and ATi aint released anything new for nearly 2 years now, and the games releases dwindling, i spend most of my time on the net, so downgraded, but still had my old 320mb GTS, so i stuck that in so i can still play the odd game if i want.

Great i'm glad it's not my system i tried everything and still resets itself everytime i go in the map definitely it's the problem with the new driver and 9800gx2 Vista64.

No DV, problems with COD4 etc..

I just reinstalled the 174.85 and everything is back to normal DV working no more COD4 resets.

I guess we with 9800gx2 and Vista64 need to wait for new drivers.

DV works for me with these, and COD4 plays perfect, never looked or ran better. I also have 9800GX2, I'd try a driver cleaner if i was you. Never know its known to fix issues.
