SO last week I get a call that they're laptop wont turn on from one of MY customers So I tell them to try a few things. After no success they bring me the laptop to take a look at.

So I attempt to turn it on nothing

Plug it in it works....

Battery was just dead.....So what I can gather the computer battery died when in use when not plugged in. They thought it died since it would not turn back on.

I am wondering after 5-6 years of owning that laptop they never knew the battery would die eventually when not plugged in....

Charged them nothing because I got a good chuckle out it anyways

Oh damn..
You think this is bad. I had friends asking me where the power button of a laptop is. (it was one of those ASUS ones where the Button was on the side.)
