Default Problem Starting Recent Programs in Start Menu (Vista) - 05-21-2007, 10:58 | posts: 2

Hi,

I found out that with ATI Tray Tools installed (with Shell Integration), some application installed with Windows Installer (ex, Microsoft Office 2007, Corel Draw! 13, ect) cannot be started using the Recent Programs in Start Menu.

The problem can also be seen if the Search feature is used.

If ATI Tray Tools is installed without the Shell Integration, then everything works normally.

I can confirm that this is correct. I had the same problem & I have just uninstalled ATI tray tools and my 'Recent Programs' are loading normally.
Thanks, John

Do not use Shell Integration I made it before Vista so it can be incompatible with new Vista shell.

ATI Tray Tools.
