Default prevent from people closing the antivirus - 04-25-2007, 13:30 | posts: 86

hi

i'm using symantec antivirus version 10 (not norton), and i dont see an option in which i can control it's closing or using.

other people using this computer close the antivirus and let viruses get in...

i found such option on my firewall (sygate), but couldnt find one for the antivirus.

is there a program that enables such option? (also not letting someone uninstall it).

thanks.

It's Corporate Edition right ?

AntiVirus Corporate Edition, Getting Started (look at "Configuring Client Administrator Only options")

The help file, look for the part called "Configure Client Administrator Only Options". You can also hide the tray icon that may stop some users from even trying to close it.
