I'd like to try LoL, heard demigod was kinda lame (mostly cuz no one plays), but I doubt anything will be able to outdo HoN, the player base and attention to gameplay balance detail as well as the improved visuals over dota make it pretty tough to beat in my book

Pretty much on the money right there. They seem very keen to make the game as balanced as possible - and they listen to the players with enough reservations to overlook the whiners.

I would appreciate it.

My money is on League of Legends since the main developer is Guinsoo from DotA, and they have Tom "Zileas" Cadwell on board. The man is responsible for all the balance tweeks in Warcraft 3, and he created the talent trees in World of Warcraft.

And honestly, the game is just a lot more original than HoN, which is just a direct ripoff of DotA.

I might be a minor in these forums but I have passive experience with Warcraft III and Dota and have been playing for a numerous number of years now, I am not sure what I am meant to do but I hope I can join such a prestigous establishment as yours.
