I can't connect to http://www.x-bios.3dgames.ru/

In fact, I've NEVER been able to connect to it
Are there any other locations? Is this site often down, or something?
I have a nVidia GeForce 2 mx/mx 400 graphics card on a Windows 98/ME system, Intel Pentium III running at 1.0 Gigahertz; the problem is when I had to reinstall windows and load all the drivers, the performance of the graphics card was significantly reduced from previous performance levels.

I flashed the BIOS without any problems and installed the latest driver for windows (28.32) and I still have a choppy, stuttering display that doesn't perform half as well as it used to. I feel I may have installed the wrong bios and have no idea where to find one. Could you help?
thanks for your time!

You could go HERE and get the bios, but be sure to follow the instructions on the page to make sure you get the right ones for your card, memory and bios type.
Well... are those BIOSes with Conexant TV-out or something else? I use my TV-Out frequently so I need to know. Also, where do I find a NVFLASH wich will flash my Leadtek GF4 Ti 4600? The one provided at sparkle.com doesn't support my EEPROM sadly enough
