Good day,

The SAMSUNG 205BW is better than the SAMSUNG 940MW, it support widescreen, HDCP, DVI, Response Time of 6 ms! Best of all is that it includes all the cables: DVI, d-sub etc. Most of the lcd monitors of other brands don't include a DVI cable!

The Samsung 940MW is a tft monitor-tv combo, which is nice, but as a lcd monitor it is nothing special. And there's too much "bleeding" the brightness of the screen is uneven) on top and bottom of the screen! But the tv function is a nice bonus. The Samsung 205BW is a better lcd monitor because the better response time and HDCP support.

Good luck!
