You can still wear tags though You're just not part of clan matches (not that we've had any yet).

You can reach me on Xfire or on AIM @ ToggleJesusOn
or at MSNMessnger (Windows Messenger) @ iamthesatan2(at)hotmail.com

Sorry about it, but I'm really caught up with schoolwork this week. Luckily, all of my projects are due Monday and I should have time to put up my article for the clan newsletter.

At a few users' requests, I have decided to begin a Counter-Strike: Source Tips & Tricks tutorial. You can view it in this forum section when it's finished. For now, feel free to PM me anything about the CSS division or the tutorial. Happy shooting!

This is great really looking forward to it. I have been playing this game for a few years now, but only seriosly this year. I have been told I was a noob by a guy at the start of the year and now he thinks I am hacking so thats good. I can deffiantly see I am getting better. It's all practise. Now off to play some CSS!

Sniper tips! I sure could use some of those! I get to the sniper level of the gun round and I die 5 times before I get a lucky kill with it.. lol

same can be said for the first few round with the pistols...

I think im doing pretty good though... Only have had the game for a few months now. I really enjoy playing with a group of people... Think that helps alot...

Sniper Tip #1: Crouch for best aim.
Sniper Tip #2: Bunny hop through doors and scope while in air for the easiest kills of those outside (trust me, it scares everyone, pro or n00b). If you don't know what bunny hop is, just ask in this thread.
Sniper Tip #3: If you see them, chances are they see you (just use your head, you know what this means).
Sniper Tip #4: (Somewhat hard) When using the awp, after you shoot (like, really instantly after you shoot) hit Q,Q (Blazingly fastswitch and switch back) and then proceed to zoom again.
Sniper Tip #5: Do not double-scope unless you are aiming against a huge level, doing so will get you owned .
Sniper Tip #6: When using the auto, do not reload until you are at 0 ammo, I usually reload at 3 on the awp if no one is around, and I always reload the scout if no one's around.
Sniper Tip #7: When using the auto or awp, aim for the upper-middle chest for the most damage (head is hard to hit sometimes). When using the scout, always aim for the head if you have the time.

General Tip #1: Watch for shadows! This will get you called a waller in a weaker server, but you will be really happy for the kill when you kill a knifer behind the wall or door in a better server.

LMK about anything via this thread or PM

do they have maps where you can respawn instantly after getting killed? like a pure DM. i can't get good waiting for 3 minutes at a time to respawn. i seem to remember playing on a level like that before. Also LOD (if you don't mind me callin you that) do you think a new mouse will improve my game? i am using a 4 year old microsoft optical.

yeah they do, but most i have seen you respawn in the action, so your dead again before you have a chance to move.

Just my opion on your mouse, I would recommend a laser mouse of some kind (im using a ms 6000). Mine is far more responsive than my old optical...
