I hate to dredge up old threads, but can anyone describe the registry editing method listed above to fix this issue in W2K? I've already exhausted pretty much every other option (chipset update, driver cleaner/reboot/reinstall) and am near the end of my rope.

I should note that I recently swapped drives and did a clean install of W2K. Prior to this change, I had experienced zero problems.
