Hey i've come across a problem with the activelist. whenever i start my icq and have the AL server online i can't join the AL. When i try to connect it comes up "c++ error program termination." or someting like that. 
So here's what i can do. 
 
1.Get rid of the AL server. 
2.reinstall ICQ and the AL server 
3.keep things the way they are, just don't connect ot the server 
 
please respond either 1 2 or 3. also if someone says 2 could they tell me how to backup my icq list?

If 2, copy 2000 a or b directory. 
Then after re-install of icq copy over 2000b directory and run dbase convert. thats it. 
 
Have you tried giving admin to someone else and joining that way?

it's something to do with my connecting to the AL in icq i can't do it, that's when i ge that error.
