I was looking through <A HREF="http://www.3dfx.com" TARGET=_blank>www.3dfx.com</A> and checking out the latest drivers for my card. i was wondering what WHQL stood for? is it the drivers with the card itself, or should i use the beta? please help me i get junk frame rates. thank you

whql, I believe means microsoft has checked them out and certifies that they are okay. try the whql first, then make sure you have the latest mobo drivers. Better to get the latest from the web rather than the disks provided with the hardware. Many people around here claim big improvements with the latest drivers. good luck!
