Curroption of files on Network

When i copy for example zip files over the network the very often Curropt, i can re transfer serveral times and it will eventually not curropt. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong - thanks

What network have you setup. Hardware wise that is.<br>

Cable too long, corrupt tcp setup on one comp (i doubt it but hey), too much elec interferance.<br>
