What happens when you insert a DVD? I don't have a X-fi, so I am just guessing. Did you attempt to look through the manual?

    Have you installed Creative MediaSource?
I'm using X-Fi XM and i haven't seen any Entertainment Center hm.
Just DVD-A Player and Karaoke Player. Only thing fitting your describtion is MediaSource player...

I think your correct, I have the install cd for the Audigy4, which also install a "enertainment center" upon install. I really don't think thats what it is in the traditional sense of the words. I think it is like a on screen display application and some config panels for setting up other apps..if that makes any sense. CHECK THE MANUAL.

This is the X-fi Entertainment center:

And if you cant find it i dont think you have installed everything correctly. Also, u should have three modes you can enable, The one above is 'entertainment' mode, then you have 'game mode' and 'music creation' mode.

That is what you are suppose to get, it's not actually 'Entertainment Centre' but 'Entertainment Centre Settings' which is in the entertainment centre folder.

The picture that MikeMK has posted above is the 'Creative Console Launcher' which can be found in the 'Sound Blaster X-Fi' folder.

I don't think the X-fi's come with that.. I think that's like Audigy 4 territory...

Did you try inserting a disk and seeing if it comes up? Also try the Creative forums your probably not the first person wondering about this application.
