Im wondering if my system is a little slow for the games of today. I want to upgrade the cpu but money stops me and I have only PC100 memory. Is the Geforce2 GTS card slow these days as well?
Well, that system sounds fine. If you want to overclock some. First check your temperatures. Don't let it get up to 70 deg. C. (or 158 F). Although, Coppermine P3's run rather cool, so you probably have a little room for over clocking. You probably won't even have to increase the voltage. However, if you only have PC100 ram, that may be pushing that, an it would be doubtfull that you would see any enormous improvement from overclocking at the moment. Also, no 75Hz refresh rate shouldn't be bothering you system at all.

Your system should be fine for another year or possibly 2. The GeForce2 GTS card is a great gaming card. Don't let the industry marketing machine try to intimidate you into upgrading when can't afford it, and you clearly don't need to. I'm running a Geforce DDR. I bet if we did some benchmarks on my pc with my GF DDR card, played some Q3 or whatever, then swapped in your GF2 GTS and repeated same, the scores might be a little bit higher, but you wouldn't notice a thing while actually playing the games.
Keep in mind, the software industry is typically 1-2 years behind the hardware curve. Your hadware is never obsolete until it cannot run the software you want it to. But, you'll never hear that from the likes of Intel, AMD, Creative ...
