Ambient temp: around 20-22c<br>

Well if you can help me with that i would really apreciate it.<br>
What the problem and how could i lower my temp?<br>
What normal idle temp for a 1ghz tb 133mhz?<br>

Well an extra case fan doesn't usually hurt. Just don't stick your fingers in it while it is running. But those temps won't cause your pc to crash. List full specs.

I dont see a real cause for problems. Try via 4 in 1 the 4.31 are official I think. Most of the system is new, could the ati drivers be messed up or the card itself?

It gives you some instructions on useful tweaks, one of which is that in the Via drivers temps are sometimes misread...<br>
<br>
I have a buddy who seems to have the same problem with similar system running Win2k... I gave him the link and he did the tweaks with good results.

I've seen many heat problems with the motherboard you have. I have the same one and it idles at 61degrees c (asus probe). I don't know if this is acurrate or not, but i think the heat is caused by the mobo.<br>

i have to say its not the a7v's fault. i have a 1.1 running at 1199 109*11 and it idles at 40C with a fop32-1 and the generic thermal crap.
