is it worth upgrading the fan on my FOP32-I to the Delta used on the FOP38? It shouldnt be a problem since the heatsinks are identical (i think) and the performace of the fan is so much better. Is it really worth it?

if you dont care about the noise it'll make then its worth it! 6800 rpm for 4500 rpm i think...

If you use a 3 to 4 pin adapter on the delta, and a rheostat, then you can adjust the rpm to a compromise between cooling level and dba level (noise)

My FOP38 runs at 7100 plus. It is a tad loud though. I've ordered a peltier....on to the next phase!!!
