ok, i recently built this rig, and when i looked at the speeds, it was at 1.29 Ghz! (AMD 64 3500+) so, i reset the CMOS and its still showing up as 1.29, when it should be at 2.2 ghz.
ya... so my rig is:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
1gig corsair TwinX RAM

so... yeah... if anyone can help me with this, that would be awesome.
If you need any more info, jus let me know.

Thanks!

Disable cool and quiet it lowers clockspeed and voltage to reduce heat. Its really only useful in laptops.

Ok, now after a couple of hours just messing with some options, i finally got the CPU speed to go back to normal (2.2ghz) Now, I'm wondering how to overclock the CPU, because the multiplier is already set to 11x, and im not sure exactly how to overclock AMD processors(my first AMD CPU)
