Can anyone help me with my sound card/speakers?

I recently bought a tiny PC. 
 
It came with a Soundblaster Live 5.1 Sound Card (it didnt give any other information than that) and 
Cambridge DTT2200 surround sound speakers. 
 
However, only the subwoofer and the left and right sattelite speakers give out any sound. <IMG SRC="smileys/confused.gif"> I have stereo sound, but I paid for 5.1 surround sound and I cant get it. There was no installation CD so it could possibly be a driver problem. 
 
I have tried switching the speakers round, and the same thing happens, so all of the speakers are working, but 3 dont give out sound. 
 
Can anyone help at all?

in windows, make sure you have selected surround sound, it'll be in the control panel, under sounds/multimedia, and advanced tab. can't remember the specific spot.

phone the company you bought the comp from.. dont waste YOUR time, let them waste theres by fixing it <IMG SRC="smileys/smile.gif">

yeah what Sphinx said, but the other guy is on the right track. You have to set up Windows to recognize your surround sound. Make sure you have the latest drivers from Creative also. <IMG SRC="smileys/suspect.gif">
