I have just purchased Instantburn for using with WinXP Pro x64 to use my DVD-RAM disc. Guess what... it did not work!

Get this: I googled and found this article (which I based my purchase on):

http://www.cyberlink.com/eng/press_room/view_893.html

This thing states that Instantburn is 64-bit ready and available in OEM, standalone download purchased online or as part of a DVD suite.

I certainly feel ripped off!

Any Gurus fallen into the same trap?

I want my money back... maybe should inform my bank that I was ripped off so they can reverse the Credit Card Purchase or something!

What are u ppl's thoughts?

Just when I was on the war path ready blast.... they totally redeemed themselves.

Not only did they provide me with the "latest build" for InstantBurn, they actually responded within 24 hours. Being faithfull to brands and people that treat me with respect, I would certainly compliment anybody who uses Cyberlink software in the future.

Great going guys and gals over at Cyberlink!

I would love to know what build they sent you because I purchased Version 3.0 on Dec 30th and it doesn't work period. Won't start and keep getting a pop up message about UDF driver not installed. I emailed support but haven't heard back from them yet. They better have a fix for it.

Go on to their Customer Service page and submit a complaint... Feel free to be polite, they responded in less than 24 hours with mine! I referenced the URL for the press release that states the x64 ready part in my complaint.

They then gave me a download link for a version 4.5 that works for my serial and the picture is the version information box for it!
